Tuesday’s workout

Again, before I forget, here’s Tuesday’s workout:

  • Warm up – 3 sets:
    • 20 Superman
    • 10 candlestick
    • run (or row) 200m
  • Workout – 5 sets
    • 10 dumbbell push press
    • 10 kettlebell goblet squats
    • 10 kettlebell one arm press (5 each side)
    • 10 kettlebell sumo pulls
    • 70 single jumprope (or 35 double)
